By accessing or using CVTailor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CVTailor is an AI-powered tool that analyzes job descriptions and generates tailored CVs and cover letters based on your provided experience and skills.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Credits and Payments

CVTailor operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once used. Each CV or cover letter generation consumes one credit. Credits do not expire.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all CV content, work history, and personal data you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your tailored documents.

6. AI-Generated Content

CVs and cover letters are generated by AI based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The generated content is provided "as is."

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or harmful

8. Limitation of Liability

CVTailor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, inaccurate generated content, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nagano, Japan.
